4. Iniciar FreeBSD usando LILO

Podes iniciar FreeBSD con LILO dun xeito doado. Non instales o selector de inicio de FreeBSD (Booteasy) se queres utilizar LILO. Engade as seguintes liñas ó teu ficheiro /etc/lilo.conf e executa lilo (asumindo que o slice FreeBSD é /dev/hda4): 

other=/dev/hda4
	table=/dev/hda
	label=FreeBSD
Se tes instalado FreeBSD na segunda unidade SCSI, usa algo coma isto (sendo o slice FreeBSD /dev/sdb2): 
other=/dev/sdb2
	table=/dev/sdb
	loader=/boot/chain.b
	label=FreeBSD
