This version fixes a bug with the message handling under 5.0.8.  But, that's
actually fairly minor compared to the main effect of 5.0.9.  If it's
possible to be done, the 5.0.9 driver will use MMAPed I/O instead of
programmed I/O.  By making this change, it should be possible to use this
driver on PCI cards in other architectures (such as the Power PC) that
don't support Programmed I/O on their PCI busses.  That's really the
big change in this version.  So far, it seems to work just fine on Intel
machines, although I would like to hear reports from people using both
Dec Alpha and PPC platforms (assuming the PPC will even work, it's not like
I can test it or anything).
