FAQ: Frequently-Asked Questions

A FAQ is a document which presents information in a concise, question-answer format. Typically, FAQs answer the most common questions about a particular subject. At one time or another, you're bound to find the following FAQs, from the Linux Documentation Project, useful:
  • ATAPI FAQ: Most frequently asked questions about ATAPI-IDE CD-ROM drives

  • AfterStep-FAQ: Most frequently asked questions about The AfterStep window manager

  • BLFAQ: A "Brief Linux FAQ"

  • Cryptographic File System: More of a HOWTO, part of the Linux Security FAQ
