Command : Ctcp

Syntax
CTCP < type > < target-list > [ctcp-arguments]
Description
Sends a CTCP to the specified user(s).
CTCP Types:
PING : pings a user in order to have his response time.
VERSION : requests user's client version.
TIME : requests user's local time.
CLIENTINFO : requests user's client informations.
USERIFON : requests user's informations.
FINGER : requests user's finger.
ACTION : describes an action.
SOURCE : requests informationf on where to find the user's client.
These are the known CTCP types , but if you want you can use any CTCP type name.
CTCP CIAO Nick is a valid CTCP, but maybe you will receive no response :)
A target may be a either a nick or a channel.
The ctcp arguments are intended for the extended ctcp's...
If you want to send a CTCP DCC [CHAT,SEND or RESUME] use /CHAT or
/SEND instead.
Example
/CTCP PING Pragma,Ventur <--- Pings Pragma and ventur
/CTCP FINGER #kaos <--- Requests finger from all users on the channel.
/CTCP FINGER $%chn_allonchan[$_chan]
<--- same as above,but using more messages.
/CTCP cdcc target_nickname list <--- Sends a CTCP CDCC LIST to someone
