A number of people work together to bring you the gnome-terminal:
Michael Zucchi coded the Zvt widget engine; Miguel de Icaza and Jay Painter improved it and did further debugging and maintenance. George Lebl added transparency and backing pixmap support to the widget.
Miguel did the main gnome terminal program, and Erik Troan provided the terminal class support along with various other features. Jeff Garzik, Jay, Christopher Blizzart, Michael, Jens Lautenbacher, Tom Tromey, Tristan Tarrant and Jonathan Blandford provided extra bug fixes. Nat Friedman review the user interface to conform to the GNOME guidelines. Felix Bellaby, Tom Tromey and Manish Vachharajani implemented and improved the session management code.
